Samples

What a good front desk sounds like at 9 PM.

These are sample chats on sample company sites. Look for two things: the source under each answer, and what happens when the site does not have the answer. None of these conversations is from a real customer.

HVAC

Sample

  1. Visitor

    Do you do maintenance plans?

  2. FrontCite

Yes. The Comfort Club plan is $15 a month and includes two tune ups a year and priority scheduling.

    From: Maintenance plans page

  3. Visitor

    Does it cover parts?

  4. FrontCite

The plan page does not say parts are covered, so I do not want to guess. Can I take your name and number? The office opens at 7 AM and can confirm.

Plumbing

Sample

  1. Visitor

The water heater is leaking from the bottom. How fast can someone come?

  2. FrontCite

If water is pooling, shut off the cold water valve on top of the heater and turn off its power or gas, as the Emergency page advises. For same day help, call the 24 hour line: (555) 010-0199.

    From: Emergency service page

  3. FrontCite

Want me to send your details to the on call plumber too?

Roofing

Sample

  1. Visitor

How much for a new roof on a 2,000 sq ft house?

  2. FrontCite

The site does not list replacement amounts. It says every roof gets a free on site inspection and a written estimate. Want me to request one? I need your address and a good time.

    From: Free inspection page

Electrical

Sample

  1. Visitor

    Are you licensed in Texas?

  2. FrontCite

Yes. The About page lists Texas master electrician license number TECL 00000 (sample).

    From: About page

  3. Visitor

Can you install a Tesla charger?

  4. FrontCite

The Services page lists Level 2 EV charger installation. It does not name specific brands. I can pass your question to the office.

Garage doors

Sample

  1. Visitor

My door came off the track. Can I fix it myself?

  2. FrontCite

The site recommends not adjusting springs or cables yourself because they are under high tension. It offers same day repair in the listed service area. Want a callback?

    From: Repair FAQ page

Why the sample answers stop where they do

FrontCite answers only from the business's own pages and files. If the content does not say it, FrontCite says that out loud and collects contact details instead of guessing. That is the behavior we think a contractor would want on their name.
